Loaded up my balance, show error when I try to activate one. Contacted support and they said they’re going through some SIM updates And that I should try again later. Three hours later they still haven’t fixed anything I asked for a refund and now they’re ignoring me. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I have never used majorphones dot com. However, after reading this main post, I did my own research. majorphones dot com seems to be legit. As per you, your balance got loaded, but when trying to activate or use a number, it showed an error and thier support told you (as per you), that their system is going through some updates and / or upgrades.
Sorry to say, that does not mean that they have scammed you. It is common knowledge that sms / virtual phone number providers rely on some technology which requires frequent updating / upgrading and that is what has happened in your case and so, when trying to use / activate a number, you got some appropriate error message. You will need to wait a while, let their system updating or system upgrading finish and try again and if you still get that error, contact their support again.
Their support really doesn’t wanna refund me and they told me that they put up some SIMs for me specifically. When I asked about where they are then, they just ignored the question lol. Either it’s really a crappy service or their customer support just straight up is just scammy. Wouldn’t recommend the service

Perhaps you could have (or even now can) use a more popular sms / virtual phone service. smspva dot com for example. And there are also other such providers in the BHW Marketplace. Hope you issue gets resolved by that service provider that you used (majorphones dot com).
