if you mean pin + free traffic + conversion yes 100000000x over i have. Its not as easy as it was years ago but it can still be done.
Ads ive done it.. little expensive but you do get sales if you know what you are doing.

Yes you can of course ,if you build targeted pins that make people click your link you will make also sales ,the thing its you need to have serious traffic on your pins ,you cannot expect to get a lot of clients with only 1k views per month
