Only old blogs can be indexed. I have many blogspot established for many years. Will these blogs be included more quickly.

Depends on the quality of the content and what are you doing with them. If you are using them as a buffer site/tier 1 backlinks then Google can now easily find out and deindex even you get them indexed.
But with quality content you can get them indexed. Age of the blog definitely matters.

Blogspot has very less authority as it is being used for spam by many. You should make blogs on wordpress and let it age.

Even new blogs are being indexed quickly. What matters here is the niche competition and the number of links to your blog.
