When i create NSFW subreddit then after 2/3 days Reddit banned my subreddit. I don't know why? Please give me a solution. Why reddit banned my created NSFW subreddit?

Maybe your account has already been flagged by their spam detections. Was your account newly registered?
Try with another aged account with good karma.

My account is 5 years old, and in good condition. Should i need to setup content tag?

I didn't use any bot and i use only 3 accounts on my phone old accounts

Other than being connected to account (unlikely if the account is still live), there are a bunch of things that aren't related to your actions.
It can be a specific niche/brand/word banned for example. Copyright stuff, legal stuff, etc.

So no need to freak out.

You can freak out if it happens again on another created sub with a different name/niche.
Then you can suspect your account or someone mass reporting your shit (highly unlikely).

There can be so many reasons.
One of popular reasons is publishing concent from only one or two domains, that are not a popular host for something.
