Best way to message FB Group members (by an Admin)?

I'm going to get moderator/admin access to a large FB Group.

What is the best way to get their attention? I understand its not possible to message them all at once...any workaround?

Want them to signup to an email newsletter

Yes, that's right. Think only admin can do it. I received a few notifications like this on fb. Smart admins do that. You can Google it.

use the text: @everyone in ur group to tag all members on group but it works 1 time in 24 hours and if your group is under 20k members !

Just tag @everyone on the post and all members will be notified about post.

I am not sure you can mass DM all members automatically, it will results to spam if Facebook enables such.

You can make a group post and then tag the people which match the criteria of your message according to demographics, gender and so on.

then its once a week but some groups dont have it yet
