In 100g of pina colada there is 22g of sugar. One teaspoon has around 4g of sugar. When you drink one pina colada you probably are taking in 4-6 teaspoons of sugar. That is a lot if we think of that in this way haha![]()
I was also thinking the same. Sugar is not good for sure but fruits are natural substances.Fruits are fine, no need to punish yourself more than you deserve.
I thought I was addicted to sugar and it ended up being a severe magnesium deficiency. I started taking more magnesium and my sugar cravings gradually disappeared. I'm not a doctor, so maybe talk to one before you start supplementing with magnesium. You should also look into the Ancient Minerals magnesium spray. That's what I use...Yes, it's the snow. But not the one you would think of first.

From tomorrow, there is no sugar in my life.
And by none, it means no food or drinks that contain any kind of sugar, even fructose(fruits, some vegetables).
I did this once in past so I kinda know what withdraws I will have in two days. My hands will shake and I will want to kill somebody.
Sounds crazy eh? But that's how much we are addicted to this stuff. If you think you are not, try to go for 4 days w/o any sugar/sweets/fruits.
Now enjoying my last coffee with real sugar as artificial sweeteners make it taste like shit.
If you are thinking of improving your health, I suggest trying this, it's a bit annoying as you constantly need to read food labels to avoid something that has sugar in it but end result is superb.
My goal is to go into ketosis to lose some winter protection layer I've gained last year.
Hmmm...I'm looking at your message...looking at my coffee cup...counting how many I drink today...thinking about the sugar inside... bro, I have a problem.Cool man. I've actually done something similar when it comes to withdrawing from caffeine. Till Dec 2022 i was drinking 2 1,5 Litres of Coca Cola Light every day + 2 Caffeines. Already finished cutting out the 3 L of daily coke light out of my life since February. Being addicted to anything (Sugar, Caffeine etc.) sucks ass and you only know it once you go into the withdrawal of it.
You're a Scorpion, that's whyLife is not worth without a sweetener for me.
Personally i find everything tastes disgusting without a sweetener, other than water. Water is delish.
And i know someone is gonna say "well your tastbuds are gonna adapt maaan"
No, they wont adapt, you cunt. In fact, i dont want them to adapt. Coffee, cocoa, tea, its all kinda gross to disgusting without a sweetener. And say my tastebuds do adapt. Say they do. The taste is still gonna be fucking awful, and life wont be worth living.
That said, i only use honey and xylitol as a sweetener. And i make my own apple juice, so it has no added anything.
Life is good, and sweet.
True that! How is your battle going, do you have a clear plan how to avoid sugars or you just try to skip only white sugar in your tea/coffee/food?
Sugar is bad for health, is a myth. Sugar consumed in normal quantities in a normal diet, does not negatively impact health and it is infact a contributor to good health, when consumed in normal quantities in a normal diet.
How about steak?Personally i find everything tastes disgusting without a sweetener
Nice going. I'm also on zero carb because I was addicted to icecream lol.
How about steak?
I've read that if you are above 4-6 cups a day you might develop further heart problems in the future (ofc this number varies from person to person). I am simply trying to quit because i hate being physically addicted to anything. I dont think there is anything wrong with drinking coffee as long as you are not going nuts with it.You're a Scorpion, that's why
Gonna try this with you haha!Yes, it's the snow. But not the one you would think of first.
