This should be posted in TikTok category, not in the lounge.
Anyway, there isn't anything working that not cause accounts shadowbans.
You need to use physical phones to get clean accounts. All browser, desktop, emulator tools will cause shadowban soon or later.
I'm planning to run mutiple accounts on separate devices (1 phone = 1 account only). Can I use the same 4G proxy for let's say 4-5 accounts? Or do I need to have a unique proxy per account?

IP must be unique, reset 4G IP before making new acc
Ok, so if my plan is to build accounts to get the Creator fund program (so reach 10k followers). Would you advise 4G proxy or Residential Static ?

Good 4G proxy or good residental static (no data center proxy)
You need to have good provider for both. If you find good residental static it can be better for your purpose
