I don't want to see take down, because this strategy works. We can see that, there're so many other channels doing this also. YouTube can't remove these, so best way is find this method and make as much as money we can.

Adsense is one thing and entire ad network is on the other side of it.
we can not really get success within night for Adsense and I’m one of the guy who happens to open science blog but failed many times to integrate Adsense. Crazy, there rules are strictest.

Some of it, is Youtube Employee owned channel, they're the one checking it then ignore the detection,

No. They are killing it nicely. These channels already monetized and this is not about shutting down. They making good money with this channels and there are hundreds of channels like this.
