$1.07 is still, by far, the cheapest price around.

They are $0.89 if you buy 6 or more at the same time and you get free private registration.

NameCheap.

With GD you can lose your domains for no reason. But you can buy cheap there sometimes and then transfer after 60 days to another registrar like Namecheap, and extend the registration for another year.

Go with namecheap, a little more but you get free whois and if you're using a .info then you'll probably need it
