There are multiple sources from where you can get copyright free videos, pixabay, pexels, unsplash, etc..
And instead of searching through the complete sentence, focusing on targeting it to the keyword level.

Thanks, in fact, I have tried that, but not what I need. i. e there are several keywords in one sentence, if just choose one to search the related source, yes, possible, but probably it is not compatible with the sentence's meaning, if I input several keyword to search, NO such source. If can resolve it, this is the only one issue I encounter.

this is what chatgpt created I tried yesterday.
"Keep in mind the weather conditions in the rural area and make sure to choose a time of year that is suitable for an outdoor celebration."

So the keywords: weather condition, outdoor celebration

tried on the pixabay: no result
unsplash: many results, but not related with the sentence at all.

If can solve it, can realize the text to video now.

Is it custom made? I think getting the picture which closer to the meaning you want it will do the work.

As someone who has made similar software, this is the least of your issues. Just ask AI to sum up the sentence into a single keyword and then search unsplash for images. Create a statement that would retry if no images are found as AI returns slightly different results every time. Don't expect perfect results as there can't be an image for every scenario, but it should be close enough.

If you really want relevant images you can download them from google, then use zoom transition and some filters to avoid copyrights, but that would still be risky.
