Its Impossible to make money for free!

I don't do a lot of IM, I am here for coding etc but to test my code I have to do a bit of IM. I don't have money for advertising etc and I used free hosting to start with along with DynDNS domain forwarding.
With my first attempt at some automated code I made $101.15 (cheque is on its way), so as long as you don't mind a bit of effort and a bit of thinking, I beg to differ to your opening statement - it IS possible to make money without spending anything

It is possible to make quite good money without spending anything. It just takes a lot of hard work.
The problem with many good methods is that the learning curve is very steep. PM me maybe I can help you.

how many free methods do you need?!
1) when i started first i didn't invest anything in IM either (i had money but i didn't invest anything), it was a method which is not alllowed anymore here to talk about
2) another method is the most times written sentence on bhw ever: "write an ebook and sell it on DP", it's also free and they're buying almost anything
3) try sharecash and promote your uploads on forums for example
4) adsense & blogger blogs combo
...
you won't be rich, but finally you will have some capital to invest in and from there sky is the limit!

Like I've said in other threads: I started out with $0. I know NOTHING about SEO, Internet Marketing, and such. But within 12-14 weeks, with as little as 2 hours of work daily, I manage to get $5-6K.
And with that earnings, I expanded till where I am today.
It's possible... you just need to be creative and TAKE ACTION.

Most importantly... MOST IMPORTANTLY, in my opinion, you need to treat Internet Marketing as a game. Not a job, not a goal, and not a "I have to do it" thingy. Treat it as a game or a hobby... have fun with it!

If you ask me it is VERY VERY hard to make BIG money online without an investment, you have to be very lucky to get there but there are ways to make some cash for free if you are not afraid of work. I am not earning much per month and that is the reason i dont invest, i am waiting to find something that banks good. From my exp the easyest ways to get trafic for free is youtube and facebook groups (methods are available here) and when it comes to sites i dont buy .com domains unless they are 2 cents (goddady had this), i prefer blogger blogs, they get indexed fast, and if you keep posting good stuff the visitors will eventually keep poring in. Join loudmo, it is easy to make money with them and also join a CPA agency like peerfly or stronger ads and put your surveys on youtube or facebook. From my searches this are the best ways to make money easy, fast and free around here. hope it helps

Sharecash money was my firs way to bank. It is a lot easier than clickbank
As everyone else has been saying, it is totally possible. I have been doing it for years now and making a living off of this. I love online marketing because there is just an endless amount of ways to make money with it. You have to be smart about it, though. Think outside of the box. Research. Read some of the posts here to give you new ideas. If one method doesn't work, try a new one. It takes time to make money but as long as you don't give up, you can make it happen.

Only in the big cities. And I wasn't posting jobs either. I wasn't that smart. I was posting free things in the free section, then doing manual Im sorry replies with hyperlinks to my cpa offers. No hosting, no domains, just ghetto manual replies and hyperlinked "click here" emails. Made $40 - $80/day knowing practically nothing.

both times ive got into IM i started with zero
the first time i failed to invest any of my return to scale it, or my time to find new methods. so the lake dried up very quick once my methods died. i blew all the profits because i was young and indulgent.....and very lazy. it took me a long time to get motivated enough to try again
this time its a different story. i had a great hosting package just sitting around. i was heavy into hip hop for a very long time. a lot of my skills translate well into IM, since essentially that is what I have been doing for years with my tracks. so i just put a different spin on it.
i learned how to edit wordpress good enough to be effective. i have been doing graphics for music for almost ten years. i am really strange and creative which have come in very handy in the short period i have gotten into this.
the best advice i can give is:
watch what your competition is doing and put your own spin on it. if it doesnt feel natural people arnt going to buy into it.

Making money to start of with is easy,make some blogspot site find a niche,copy paste some of the youtube videos with the same niche and link it to your blogspot,cash some cash 1st month using adsense,open cpa lead,lock the content,there you have it atleast 1000$within 1st few months for a minimum,now all you want to do is verify your paypal somehow,then you are set to go.dont bother about adsense any more,concentrate on next step.
You dont even want to do anything,find a high viewing content in youtube,copy the video reupload,direct a link to your free blogspot protect some of the content using **************.Hardly takes 5minutes of your everyday.

Whether you spend money or not - that's not the point. I can't make crap - I can code like crazy, but that doesn't matter either. I automate the heck outta things - doesn't matter. I would say that hard work is not even the number one thing.
It's all based on one thing - without which nothing else matters - The idea.
It's the idea of how to make the money roll in that I consistently fail on. Without coming up with that good idea, it's not worth doing anything else.
I keep hoping one of these days after years and years of trying, I'll finally figure out something that works - so dang depressing...:y:

You don't need to spend any money in order to make a lot of money. I hate it when people constantly repeat that phrase.
It's advisable to invest in hosting and to buy a couple of domains. But even without spending a dime, you can make a lot of cash.
Video marketing, squidoo lenses, hubpages, selling stock photos.. there are tons of ways to earn money online without necessarily buying a thing.
Example: There's a guy on Youtube uploading tons of cartoon videos and music videos (songs from the shows) to a lot of different channels. He links to a site (you could use a free host) with some CPA offers (just do a quick survey to get your favorite tv show ringtones...) and is sure doing pretty damn well with hundreds of videos with thousands of views.
Work hard, work smart und work consistently.
The same rules for success apply to sports, music, art, programming, design..
Instead of crying, complaining and asking questions which could be answered by one simple bhw/google search, most people should rather try to shut up and do something. Do a lot.
If you can't even set up Wordpress, learn it, if you can't create videos, learn it, if you don't know a thing about SEO, learn it.
Learn everything you need for the methods you want to use. If those methods do not work, add a twist to them or come up with more methods. Just find stuff which works and improve it, scale it, optimize everything.
Nothing in life is particularly hard, it just takes a lot of effort and 'sacrifice'.
Example: Dieting is simple as hell. But millions of people are too whiny, too lazy and too conceited to get the job done. Everybody wants to be in decent shape, have a decent income etc. But nobody wants to do what you have to do to get there. Losers will always look for the magic weight loss pill, the magic money making method... the easy way out.
