Can also create voice, just need 1-2 minutes of original person speaking to get correct voice. Lip-syncing is not an issue. Did quick example voice for you:

We will be fine-tuning example videos this week and change the original topic. Examples have not been fine-tuned and are quickly made to just show possibilities with this technology. But since multiple people have sent me messages and commented about rather poor lip sync in some parts of the videos, we will showcase how fine-tuning will transform the accuracy.

I could not find actual Oprah singing anywhere to get correct voice, so had to improvise how she would sound when singing.

I don't see any issues doing that if the Oprah singing was satisfactory. Don't have voice nor video models predone for Mr Bieber and all of my GPU's working currently, sadly not able to provide any quick examples.

Try using elevenlab Ai you can tune it and make it sound better at singing that would be better .this is an Amazing work!!!

Hello.
Some yes, some no. It's not the lipsync what causes issues, it's the AI generating voice. If using real voice actor, no issues to make lipsync in any language.
Ask me language and I will look into it. Can not do Arab!

Also, some of my customers have been seeing great success with video ads and youtube, one fellow customer sent me last week revenue:
EPC climbed from 1.2 to 3.0 with same ad spend! This is whitehat video ad with deepfake in middle to grab attention.
Still no issues with approvals of deepfakes to any ad platform currently we tried or clients tried.
