Is anyone getting repeatable fiverr results

I have started freelance video editing, i have gotten 2 customers so far but i just want to hear the personal account of people who get consistent sales or atleast a few per month, what ever stage you are at what did u do to see any increase in freelance sales?

Closely monitor the KPIs in the dashboard, response rate etc.. Good KPIs will give your gigs a better visibility in search results and allow you to move up tiers.

The question is if you really want to do the hazzle on fiverr? I am a level 2 seller, offering content creation and VA services. 90% of the inquiries I get are for a) free samples because of "huge" order volume afterwards and "long-term relationship", b) better rates outside the platform and c) using my personal mobile phone for verification stuff.

i did for my first gig and it did pay off, but do i have to do that for every gig i create? if i want 20-30 gigs will i have to pay £300? i mean its a good investment, but do good reviews carry over from gig to gig

I think they do because positive reviews boost your seller rating, which is one of Fiverr's ranking factors.

Your focus should be to rank the gig. For this, you night need to buy some orders on your gigs.
