Is SEO optimization universal?

I am trying to optimize the SEO of the website according to BHW's sharing and Google documents.

I would like to ask if I only optimize according to the google file, will my website not have such a good ranking in edge and bing?

Do only for Google. Google is not dying in 10 years. If Bing has GPT, then Google will come up with better options.
