After chatting with him in Skype, his team took action to complete the task within 3 days.
4 sites were sent to me for review (DA30 - 60) so i can analyze and choose which sites i wanted the link insertion.

The 4 sites were topically relevant, had good metrics, looked professional and had real organic traffic.

The link insertion looked natural and fitted well into the existing content (no keyword stuffing).

Service provider was active in Skype, and updated me daily and also sent me each link for checking once it was completed.

I will be monitoring the 3 links to ensure they are not edited or deleted over the next few months.
