For Instagram bio link, nowadays, affiliate links, links of url url shortener, link tree, etc, will not work. You need to have your own website (domain) which has valuable content and you can then easily put your website (domain) in your Instagram bio link.
Lander on which domain ? Landers on 3rd party domains, will get flagged as spammy. @Nojiro , have the lander on your own website (domain) which has valuable content (it may include a form for lead generation and you can then easily put that lander of your website (domain) in your Instagram bio link. (Valuable content, because you want to entice page visitors to act - to fill the form and submit).

You can use special cloakers to deal with various blockers. One of them, for example, is https://cloakerly.com/ or MyLead's internal cloaker for free - you can bypass social media restrictions with it, including Instagram.
