(HELP NEEDED) Indexed pages not showing in SERPs

Hello everyone,
I have been successfully operating news site for years. I publish news articles on a daily basis and the site performs really well. I decided to open another news site and implement everything from my first news site.

About month and a half ago, I launched my second news site and immediately started publishing 10-30 news articles per day. In the very first days, almost all of my indexed articles were showing in the search results, but out of a sudden, Google stopped showing my site in the SERPs.

All SEO and site speed checkers, including Google's tool, show excellent results in page speed, site structure and on-site SEO. All of the content is written by real people with 100% uniqueness for every single article. I haven't used AI content at all and I haven't bought any backlinks. So far, I have only received 2 organic backlinks from sites I'm not affiliated with in any way. GSC doesn't show any problems or penalties either.

Currently, 80%+ of my articles are getting indexed on google when I perform a siteperator check. However, when I search the exact headline, Google is not showing my articles even though the headlines are unique and no other article appears in the search results with the exact same headline. If I add the site name next to the headline, Google then shows my content. Obviously, I'm receiving zero traffic from Google.

When Google was showing my articles in the SERP, I was receiving 200+ views daily in the first days since launching my site. I want to point out that I've changed nothing since the very beginning.

I desperately need help to make Google start showing my articles in the SERPs again. Any suggestion, tip or solution to the problem is highly appreciated!

Check GSC if that page ranks for any keyphrase. If so, search google for that keyphrase and navigate to the SERP position, you should find your page. If not, your page simply does not rank. News-like sites often have these problems. They rank for a very limited time, then fall out of the index.

I can definitely find my urls for some keywords, but for others google won't show my content at all. Since you say that "News-like sites often have these problems", are you familiar with the issue or you do you know what can help in overcoming this problem? Tnx for chiming in!

indexing and ranking are 2 different things, and they're 2 crucial steps of SEO. You can be indexed for millions of years from now on (or until google exists) but not rank at all, for the same million of years, if you don't SEO the shit out of your site.

The reason for which you were ranking initially... well, I don't know whether this is the real reason, but it's what I'm speculating on in the absence of real proof... is because google is testing your site to see how it performs. They're doing this with most new websites, they send them traffic for a few weeks to see how users respond to those sites, and if the feedback is positive (positive as seen by google, which might be different from what we think positive means as google has their own secret goals) they'll usually rank you if the niche is easy. But since you're talking about the news niche, and since news sites are dime-a-dozen in an already tough niche I'll wager that you're not going to rank anytime soon.

Unfortunately, I never had news sites, so I can't recommend any actionable tips, but I've heard people with news sites mentioning google news and google discovery, so you might want to submit your site to those. And even then you still need to do SEO (link building mostly) to rank. And that's assuming that you did target easy keywords, if you've targeted 2-word, or 3-word keywords I don't see you ranking anywhere for quite a bit.

Getting links from trusted media outlets in your niche will also help tremendously, but you'd have to have stellar content (or pay exorbitantly) to have Reuters or BBC link back to you, so you'll probably need to stick to less expensive backlinking methods (guest posts, PBNs, even HARO might help).

Or you can try to reverse engineer what your competition is doing and see if you can get the same backlinks that they have, this will work too...

Indexing is worse nowadays but it would be fix , you are not one facing these issue with indexing .

Sometimes it get shows , sometimes it does not install rankmath and check the stats use premium indexers and google api crawling would surely help .

I have the AIO seo plugin, in the settings there is a field for sitemap, it's pre configured with 10.000 url's but you can change it at any time to max. 50.000 url's, I have set it to the maximum.

I hope it's working, many free seo plugins have sitemap with a limit of url's when you above this limit, google will not index your post.

Better would be setup this google API indexing ,your posts will get immedietly indexed, but the setup is a nightmare.

No I will use this plugin sitemap, when I exceed the 10.000 url limit I will hire a fiver freelancer who then can create a sitemap with more then 10.000 url's. (I'm not a programmer or heavy tech nerd so I must hire a freelancer for this).
All these limits you not have with the wordpress.com VIP version but it's expensive.

Some times, building links helps in indexing and as well as ranking. If your pages are not showing in Serps, it might be due to issues in your technical seo of your website which you need to audit and fix it.

I believe the recent issue is because of the update. New posts gets indexed but doesn't rank. You don't always need links to start ranking especially if it's low competition like in my case. However nothing new is ranking now.

True..New posts now need atleast 3weeks to rank. It takes time but I guess people now want instant ranking

Your site has been hit. No matter what you do, that site won't recover, except a new Google update helps you.

Secondly, I noticed when you force index, they don't rank until Google decides to. Your posts will rank if not manually submitted to the search console. (this is not always the case, but I do notice this sometimes)

It ranks instantly. I just added 3 new sites to my arsenal, they rank as soon as they are indexed.
