selling landing pages to potential clients

hi, i have coded a 1 page 3 sections landing page with a connection to mysql database.
this webapp contains a user/password protected html table and an export to CSV button.
each row has a delete button to remove data
the export button will save the table as an excel CSV file without copying the data manuually.

where can i sell this? i will try on fiverr and seoclerks. anyone else knows another option?

is it better to host the landing page for the clients for an extra money? becuase i/or the client need to set up
their database with 2 tables and set the connection variables in the php file for the app to work. the landing page is also static without CMS is that a problem?
