It depends. If you use the SMTP method to send an email, it won't go to spam. But if you use PHPMail() to send an email, it will probably end up being in the spam box. So, it depends on the method you use on your form.

When configured with Outlook or Thunderbird for regular emailing, these spam issues won't be there as they use SMTP protocol to send emails by default.
