I'm trying to add crosspost feature to my reddit bot but i don't really know how this crosspost works. What type of features should be implemented?

What is the language are you coding in? Maybe I can help.

I'm gonna code it with python but the problem is I don't know how the crosspost system works. What features should be implemented?

Assuming you're going to use PRAW to login, as the project given by @goatsinboats above me, the following is found in the PRAW documentation about the crossposting action:

You basically 'append' someone else's post to a given subreddit, same like sharing someone's else post to your feed/page/group on Facebook.

Any good features except just doing it? I mean, what feature would be the most useful?

Crossposting is one of the tactics of growing your own subreddit, by crossposting its posts to other subreddits. (people will check your subreddit and might join it)

The tactics depends on your main strategy.

If you're just looking to promote an offer faster, you could just automate DM's and send those in mass from many accounts.

The most useful 'feature' depends on what you want to achieve.

Tbh, I don't have any method for it. Looking for one to add my Reddit bot which I'm selling. This is why I'm asking which features would be good.

Play a few weeks on Reddit trying various ways to grow/bring traffic, then you can automate the findings.

Starting with automation without first testing what works manually is never a good idea.

You are selling a bot on platform which features you don't even know? Dude.. this is a disaster and refunds waiting to happen. You need to know the platform inside out before building a bot for personal use, let alone selling it to others.

If you dont have any idea about how my bot works and how good it is, just stfu lol. This is not my first time selling bot here and every single customer is satisfied with it. Now, I don't need your useless opinions. Have a good day.

Wow, nice.. if your customer support is as good and polite and grown up then u will have tons of sales..

How can you sell a bot on reddit if u don't even know what crossposting is?

It's like selling a bot that automates facebook and asking what the likes are..

OP should take critical constructive advice more easily. It's the only way to evolve at anything in life.

I was under the impression that people with yellow names can't sell things on BHW.
