VPS creates multiple website issues

Hi,
I purchased a DMCA ignored VPS hosting. My provider says I can host up to 30 websites on it.
Now I have a question, if the website I created gets penalized by google for copyright issues, google removes most of the links to this website from google search results.
So will my other websites and newly created websites on this VPS be affected?

It will depend on your footprints, such as if they can link all those sites to you.
Otherwise, if they ban purely just based on IP, ALOTTTTTTTTTT of websites in the WWW will be penalized as shared hosting is also a thing.

From my experience Big G was clever enough in finding out your other sites and I believe they would be affected as that is what has happened in one of my sites in the past.

No it's not. Otherwise, every shared hosting user would be crying here n there about getting their sites removed from Google just because someone else site on the same server penalized by Big G.

What do you mean by attacked? DMCA, DDOS, negative SEO (link spam) or what?
If you meant to say DMCA, then you don't have to worry about other sites on the same server.
But if it's DDOS, then yes other sites can get affected if the server provider doesn't have ddos mitigation infrastructure in place.

Mate, never host all your related websites on one server. Instead of using one big VPS you should use multiple shared hosts (preferably DMCA ignoring hosts in your case.) It may be more costly but this arrangement will save you a lot of hassle in future.

No. DMCA is for specific domain and most of the time specific pages

It shouldn't be a problem as Google is likely only going to penalize only the site involved. It shouldn't affect other sites.
