How would Enabling this affect my adsense earnings, or my site and earnings in general? It just says enable but no explanation

I want to but unfortunately I don't know what it will do to my site and other earnings because I have meditation turned on plus I have 10 % of my traffic split with adsense only ( I don't want it to change)
