Are there any online businesses that could be considered future and recession resistant? Maybe Amazon FBA, because if you're in the right niche, sales shouldn't drop too hard during a hard recession, and Amazon itself is future-proof right now. Looking forward to the discussion because what point is there in starting a venture if it won't be around 5-10 years from now?

In all seriousness, some online businesses sell for over $10m, which means there are definitely future-proof models or products that both banks and private investors would put their money into.

I wouldnt think about recession being a road block.

if people NEED your product, they will buy.


Example: tissue paper is a necessity, no matter the cost, you would buy it.

During Covid there was people selling tissue paper for $100. and it was still being sold.
