Hi guys this my first try at making money with an affiliate website

I launched the website 1 month ago, learning mostly everything here

Current state

• Made the website
• Published 15 articles
• Created social accounts
• Promoted some articles

Current goals

• Get accepted in an affiliate network related to my niche
• Write money-articles
• Add ads
• Improve CTR
• Rank on Google
• Create a company to declare the revenue (if I ever get any lmao)

The spike is due to some social posts, other than that my organic traffic is bad for now, I changed many titles recently for better keywords

Honestly I was surprised by the traffic there, I have like 20 followers now, I post 3 tweets a day randomly

The issue is the SEO, the competition seems very high, but I'm sure I can find long tail keywords to write about

Also small update: I got accepted in an affiliate network, I can start to make money!

Update:

First sale done today, I earned $33 in total

Bing has indexed me on the first page for the keywords I was aiming for, Google is still not indexing my new posts

Are you using any tools to check to see if your articles are being picked up as ai content?

Have you tried to write a whole article with out ai to see if it ranks better?

No, I don't check if my article are detected as AI content

Never tried to write a full article myself either, I always write it first, then pass it to ChatGPT and it improves it a lot.

Update
Good news today, my traffic is looking good



I realised I made an error, Search Console was redirecting www to non www and my robots.txt & sitemap were with non www
Also I have a big spike in organic traffic

I just published a new article targeted for bing, it can easily get number 1, I am planning to reorganize the website for mobile, and maybe add some ads.
Revenue this month: $12
I learned a lot about article writing, my first articles were garbage, I know what to ask to ChatGPT now

I realised I know nothing about my niche lmao, I need to do more research, good content = $$$
