I have a client who thinks $600 is enough. However I think that the code complexity for the back-end required in goLang would be $3000+. Am I wrong?

If you are creating each of these from scratch you want way more then $600. I think 3000 is reasonable. The amount of "bro" in the comments concerns me I'd be taking money up front.

given the requirements to logic and future scaling - it's days ( or even weeks) of dedicated work.

It depends on whether you are working on the project alone or with someone else, i.e.. you have a team

I value this at a minimum, but a minimum of $5000. Even with this figure, you meet them.
