#2 - Tried VCC, prepaid cards , Not working at all

I am using my original Indian Credit cards but in OpenAI Playground billing account my card is working but not with ChatGPT upgrade

I tried over 6 original Indian credit cards, 3 debit cards - nothing worked

Tried relay bank US prepaid VCC - didn't worked

Got $80 scammed by someone for purchasing Stripe VCC - still no luck
