I would check the backlink profile and do an analysis on the type of links. You shouldn't just dump it because of the high SS. Sometimes the tools get it wrong. Perhaps the blogspot links are seen as spammy yet not.

Check TF. If it’s less than 10, forget about it. Maybe you can take it if it’s an expiring domain.

Looking at the history, what happened to low crawls during 2018 until now?
Was it parked and for sale or just parked?
What screenshot shows up on those few scans?
Was archive blocked from scanning it?
Potentially pbn use, then dropped?

These numbers really don't mean much without seeing the backlinks. If top quality links are just from blogspot, I wouldn't buy it.

If you want to start a new blog in the same niche or if you want to use it as a 301 (if it's directly related to your niche), you can go ahead. It would be better than start with a fresh domain but don't expect a game-changing effect.
