Hello,

my competitor on Etsy is stealing and copying my designs. I already reported the listings but Etsy is not reacting. Is it possible to get this account banned or at least the listing?
looking for suggestions from experienced people. Thank you!

Can bulk send complaints about their goods?

You design is not registred as brand so any one have the right to copy it, you can do the same with successful designs.

Etsy is about making money, they could not care less if someone is stealing your designs. Best thing you can do is move on and keep being creative.

If your competitor does not use your registered trademark, patent and any other registered intellectual property, then you are unlikely to be able to remove the competitor's listing. The only option is to prove to Etsy that you own the copyright for this product/design. To do this, you need to write a competent letter, attach evidence and contact Etsy support.
You can also try using mass complaints, but this will take a lot of time and it does not guarantee a 100% result.

its funny there's this guy on my tiktok all the time who posts videos about doing that
said he clones his etsy competitor picturse/titles. uses chatgpt to optimize the descriptions. makes good money.
will blocking him prevent him from looking? he could always just make another account.
likely nothing you can do. sure you can write a competent letter to support. but when's the last time you talked to a competent CSR?
you can potentially watermark your pics. but that comes with its own issues. like will the potential customer even compare the watermark name to the seller profile name.

Would you send a link to this guy tiktok? also how he is able to make many accounts?

This happens to me as well. I put up digital designs and a few days later, this asshole uses the same idea and changes the colors. Put it this way, Etsy doesn't give a shit.

I have a 5 star shop and the few bad comments I received was user error, such as providimg wrong email for digital download.

Instead of reaching me for help, they just left bad comment. I told Etsy it was not my fault and they said they can't remove the comments.

The only way to remove it is for the customer to remove it. Etsy is a good platform but they suck at protecting sellers rights.
