Engagement is the key for your video to appear on suggested i would say, other things to consider are title, description and Thumbnail.

Content, content, and content...but all i did was just buying fake views to get into recommend section

Well from what i know in the past you should copy tags from first ranking videos but i dont know if this works anymore

There are few ways you can try your luck -

1) Copy the exact title of the trending video in your niche
2) Copy the tags and hashtags
3) Write the description content with keywords related to topic of the trending video.
4) Try to copy the thumbnail / or at least try to re-create the similar one with matching font and colors.

Check after a day or two if your video is appearing in the suggestions of that trending video.

First of all, your niche has to be small enough so that you have less competition.

Second, your thumbnails have to be engaging enough to boost your overall engagement level to the point that YouTube would recommend you.

Once you are recommended, your click-through rate should be high enough so your recommendation volume goes up over time.

Finally, if the total watch time increases over time, don't be surprised if your YouTube recommendations rise higher than your competitors.
