It's pretty simple actually
1. Upon purchase you get a unique link (that link itself contains the coupon). You go to the link and hit "activate offer".
This is the screenshot of the process. Once you've accepted you'll be upgraded for 12 months, no cc required.
2. You're upgraded. You obviously need to be logged into the linkedin account that you wanna upgrade.
