Mod handling this dispute clearly don't know anything about SMM services according to him services that drops and refill are not acceptable while even organic followers drops when user decided to unfollow

I think this was a tough case to examine because every single one of the evidence presented can be looked on from 2 different points of view. The seller's inability to understand that even you are the best at what you do, the way you treat an unhappy client echos louder farther than if you were right, and his BST is another example of that.
This, together with what happened here in this dispute shows he has nothing to look for in the marketplace.

I think this was a very easy case though, seller guaranteed 100% non-drops. They dropped, case closed.

You tricked and lied to your client that need non drop followers. Even though you are banned you still have to refund him. Scamming anyone be it online or offline is bad

How can you know which of the two services OP bought was dropping?
If I sell you 100 plays and another guy sells you another 100, you got 200 plays. One day later you see only 150 plays, whose plays dropped?
The seller messed up the way he presented his case and the fact that he didn't respond to claims for 2 months. If he did, he might have a stronger case here. It's impossible to prove that your service is good if everybody's complaining.

If you had the slightest chance of getting back here after refunding the client, you are lowering it with every comment you make.
