Jr VIP Upgrade Not Available In Chargebeeportal

Submitted a ticket but thought I'd post here too since other users may encounter the same problem. When I go to the Account Upgrades page, I click on the chargebeeportal link. There is no Jr. VIP upgrade option. Just old canceled sales threads and one active sales thread. There is a premium membership option (Canceled) which I purchased a few years ago by mistake.

Thought this might be because of a recurring/automatic payment in PayPal but I only see that set up for the marketplace thread. Any ideas? Will check back later as I am stepping away for a while.

When you cancel your subscription, you'll have to wait for your current membership term to end, which is when you'll be able to renew your membership and set up a new subscription.

If the option doesn't reappear, submit a support ticket using support.blackhatworld.com so that we can look into the situation further.

Edit: The OP DMed me saying they did not cancel their membership. The response above is the solution to a common cause of this issue, but not the only reason it could occur.

If there's an issue with your account, you should open up a support ticket using support.blackhatworld.com as that is the proper channel to go through in this case. Our support agents who handle these queries will look into the issue
