Adsense CSA approval!

wonder if anyone here in BH or outside has managed to get approved on adsense custom search ads ! or if anyone here have very old adsense account with this feature enabled ( if the account has the access to search ads it will appear under option called "ads for search" ).

if i just found anyone have it we could bank a millions from it legitimately i have a full idea on how to profit from it , also ther is cool alternative to this concept which is "bing&yahoo search feeds" wonder if anyone tried such thing like this or know someone who does !!
