Looking for Static Residential ISP proxy seller with instant activation

As the title suggests I am looking for a static, residential (ISP) proxy seller, where I can buy in bulk / or just single proxies.
It's a requirement that the IPs are clean, and they arrive soon (ideally instantly) after purchase. I also need unlimited bandwidth, and the ability to select location from USA / EU.

My current provider keeps me waiting for at least 24-48 hours after purchase, and this is not OK.

what are your providers i cant even finf any good with low fraud score and clean ips
need them for surveys
