Windows 7 Proxy Rotator?

Anyone know of something to rotate proxies under Windows 7?

I know of ProxyFirewall but seeing conflicting reports as to whether or not it works under Windows 7.

Well I tried ProxyFirewall under Windows 7 64Bit and it didn't work.

Anyone have any ideas/suggestions for an alternative...?

Chrome has also addons to cycle proxies if you are going to use it via browser
