i always find funny reviews like this. maybe this method is not even working, but this dude gives 8.5 out of 10.

I found these assumptions funny as well, how people think it wont work without even looking inside. He paid for it and if its does not he might give it 0.. But yeah , 8.5 is not bad i guess.

REVIEW:

Overall I'd say it's an interesting method that can definitely work if you put in the time. The steps are fairly basic and straightforward. There is no investment required and setting everything up could be done rather quickly. It's just a matter of putting in consistent work until you get to the level of traffic you want. The author explains how to do every step of the method from scratch, including the landing page for those wondering. There are images included in the PDF for each of the steps.

I had a question I needed to ask for clarification about something. I sent Billy a message and he cleared it up for me. He is very responsive and helpful on telegram, so you'll have support from him if you need it. It's a very beginner friendly method but will require some effort to implement and generate traffic.

Is this taking the sticky content from Ad Network and republishing everywhere, so based on your CPC, the Ad Network provider pays you? This is what my understanding and correct me if I'm wrong.
