Yeah, it's me again. I don't have a good experience with this service so far.
Bought "5 Special Backconnect Proxy Ports" for nearly $200 per month and it used to work for one week pretty well with clean german IPs.
Since yesterday, 4 out of 5 ports are useless and doesn't work, so I am stressing the support because I am losing money because of you.
The support is fast and nice so far, but cannot help, except "forwarding the issue to the technical department", which is taking ages and still not fixxed.
I am paying a high price for your service compared to other proxy suppliers.
The least you can do is, adding a couple of days to my plan as long as you're taking time to fix this issue.
I will edit this feedback after everything is resolved.

The smallest static proxy plan we have on sale is 25 proxies.
