I bought this package back in march for a new domain. spam score went up to 22% after the all links were indexed.

We are very sorry for your experience. However, we checked your site through Ahrefs at the time and saw positive movements for your keywords after we completed the service. Please note that it is generally recommended for new sites to drip feed the links over a 2-3 month period. This measure usually makes it more natural in Google's eyes and keeps the spam score low.
We take your feedback seriously and will be checking the site age from now on to alert customers to the drip feed option if it's a newish site. Thanks!
