Youtube dosent remove videos that break the rules

Hello, after a period of time, a channel has been breaking YouTube's rules by spamming the titles and thumbnails of their videos. This goes against YouTube's policies on spam, deceptive practices, and scams. The individual has attempted to report the videos multiple times using different computers, IP addresses, and accounts, but to no avail.

is there any another way to make it fast before he keep scamming ?

So, in other words you're butthurt because you can't beat your competition, stop pretending to be a white knight like you're not doing the same spam shit. Instead of being a dick why don't you just make better videos than them.

Why are you ao much worried about him ? If he is violating YouTube , they will ban him. You should not worry about this.
