I havent been able to get feedback on this transaction. Can I get a refund or i think it's best if i post a dispute or a chargeback for failure to deliver or communicate on this transaction. Hoping we can avoid all of that. Maybe you just missed the order. Either way it's been 1 month and zero communication.
