Hi guys, I wanna start an onlyfans account management here in Europe, I've read a lot of posts from USA, but there is here someone that do it in Europe?
From what I understood I have to open a bank account with the model's name for the verification process but I have to manage also that bank account to send payments to the model.
Any suggestion to this journey?

Why would you do that?
Find already working models who make around 500 a month and have everything set up.
Ask 20-40% share of her monthly revenue as agreement for her to increase sales.
Send her your bank details and if she doesn't send you money, use the signed contract as warning if she decides to break the law and ruin her of income.

How can I find this 500€pm models?
Also you have positive experiences with getting paid by them and not viceversa?
Btw I have to get access to their OF accounts to manage all photos & stuff.

Why don't you opt for Wise. It's a digital account and you can manage all of this stuff pretty easy. Also, I would vote for finding new models as you could make more money that way compared to finding models who are already working because they would either not work for you or you wouldn't make much money with them. For management, you can just use Wise accounts.

Yeah I have revolut and I think Wise it's the same (right?), but for the verification process on Onlyfans I have to add the bank, and from what I've seen online Onlyfans will check that the name on the OF account it's the same of the bank account, so the model can have only 1 bank account on Wise,
So the model have to open the Wise bank account with her name & after give me the access to it, right?

Yeah drive traffic funnel should be landing pages and socials > linktree > convert OF or Fansly

Those girls who are already making 200-500 a month have everything set up with few posts and lazy profile. You can take 30% of her monthly revenue just by optimising her page, optimising her ig, getting her traffic from plenty of channels and forums, increasing sales up to 1-2k a month with optimised chat with offers where you answer and send pre-took images and etc.
That's what OFM is about. You can provide her more traffic, more sales, optimised bio/page/catalog and so much more in return to take 30% of her monthly income from OF.
The hardest part is to sign them and convince that you're worthy and legit. You should be prepared to get only 2 yes & ready to sign clients after talking to atleast 50.
After a while, you can improve your cold calls and your management agency overall to increase clients and quality.
