Instagram reupload to YouTube

Hello guys. I just started my YouTube channel and some of my short have been doing good less then 5k views actually . So I want buy some followers and views to the channel but the problem I have is that will YouTube approve my YPP cos I upload videos from Instagram to YouTube I just edit by putting another music on the video.

My question is will YouTube accept my channel for YPP or not ?

If you are uploading from own videos from Instagram, it will not be an issue.

Well, if you are really good at it, then it shouldn't be a problem. I mean, you must also know advance level of video editing. So that you also bring in more changes than just changing the audio.

All I do is just change the Audio and effect, sometimes I do autocut on tiktok then upload to my YouTube . I hope I don't have problems
