iptv service recommendation for sports

Guys I'm looking to start streaming with OBS, please recommend any good IPTV service you've used with very little or no delay. Also one which I can stream directly with OBS.

And by "sports" I actually meant football matches. Premier league, champions league, Europa etc ..

I don't particularly understand what you mean because I'm entirely new to this stuff. But basically, I need an IPTV service that provides server url and stream key, so I can connect with OBS

You can think of them as a huge netflix but for premium/cable TV.
