Emulator video record glitch - Tiktok

I'm trying to record video on emulator but getting this glitch, Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I believe some effects might be for specific cellphone models, my brother had a Mate 20 pro and I have an Iphone and in my brothers cellphone didn't work at all but I didn't have any problem using it, I believbe might be something with compatibility or limitations they put in for the devices but shouldn't be like that.

It's an emulator and tried with lots of different ones. I don't know if thats the case
