Facebook leads missing after downloading them with csv file

Hello everyone,

I've been reading a lot of threads lately on BHW and I'm very glad my colleague showed me this forum with basically life hacks and very responsive community.
I am more into e-commerce marketing and I've come across this weird problem I have with Facebook ads.
Not sure how this can be fixed after researching whole google and ending up setting the zapier to connect leads but nothing changes. In beginning the leads were showing as they should for my client, but after setting up another ad account they disappeared and now they doesn't even show from an old or colleague accounts.

Any ideas how this can be fixed or what could be the cause for this?

Solved!
Created a new campaign and fresh lead form. Dunno what was the reason, but in conclusion it could've be an fb falsely confirmed conversion which didn't make sense since everything was done correctly and tested.
