Well, there are few things to implement, before anything:
A good hosting;
A well optimized website (compressed media and scripts, etc).

Adapt your WP based on the suggestions given from the tool above.

All I can say is, first go and check your website speed now, and then install this plugin (10web booster) sign-up and let it do its work, it will optimize your whole website with just one click.
Now install this last plugin (DBmanager), after installing it, go to its settings and just click on optimize.
Now re-test your site, and I am sure you will see a huge difference for sure
Though there are many other ways like using CDN etc, etc...
But if you want a super fast solution then this is what you need mate, good luck with your journey and let me know the results

WP Rocket plugin is great. It was available on the forum for free from a post by Festinger.
