Get 4G or residential proxies. Or just buy the accounts from trusted marketplaces.

It's not recommended to use free proxies for social media accounts, better use private cheap proxies, at least IPv4 ones somewhere from proxy-sale, at your account will be much safer then on free proxies

You can search in the marketplace (https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/) as many sellers have listed their services there. Alternatively, you can also post in the “Want to Buy” (https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/want-to-buy.92/) section if you have customized requirements like customized protocol requirements, locations and payment methods etc.

It will be extremely difficult, because most of the free proxies would have been already abused and blacklisted by the time you find them. In 99% times your accounts will get banned by respective social media accounts. So it is not worth trying for it, you will spend lot of time and eventually may loose our accounts.

Most of the free proxies will be of no use and lead to account suspension. You can try cheap residential proxies if you are willing to spend.
