Hello! I would try to create new account after suspension. Should I make new fresh gmail or buy aged gmail? If using fresh new email should I try to warm it up by searhcing in google, watching youtube videos etc to simulate real use or I can directly create account ?

Do you need the account for SEO purposes such google ads?
If yes, i recommend aged one

IF it is for ads, I suggest you use different aged email hosts like yahoo or hotmail.

Like how? Dont you need google account to create google ads account? Can google track if the yahoo email was used ny different ip"s

You can use both aged and non-aged. I just create mine using different IPs with a good bank card and a clean landing page and most of the times I have no problems. If you get suspended on a new account for suspicious payments or similar stuff just complain and you should get back at least some of the accounts.

Create a fresh new Gmail / Google account. However, this is also conditional :-

Warming it up or not depends on how you create the Google Ads account. So, if you are unsure about an effective method to create a Google Ads account, in that case it is better to warm up the Gmail / Google account. If you are sure about an effective method to create a Google Ads account, in that case there is no need to warm up the Gmail / Google account.
And do also bear in mind that nowadays if a Google Ads account is created ineffectively, then no matter if one warms up the Gmail / Google account, the Google Ads account will be prone to suspension : Appeal every suspension by filling the Google Ads suspension appeal form, in an effective manner and submitting it.
By "Google Ads account is created ineffectively", I do not mean it "ineffectively" as per me or as per you, I mean "ineffectively" as per the algorithms of Google Ads.

If your account was suspended, creating a new account with a fresh email may not be the best idea. Instead, it may be better to purchase an aged email account, as it will likely have a history of activity and may be less likely to be flagged as suspicious. As for warming up the email, it is probably a good idea to simulate real use before using it to create a new account. This can be done by searching in Google, watching YouTube videos, or sending and receiving a few emails. This will help establish the email as a legitimate account and may increase the chances of the new account being approved.

great advice! could u please specify what is the best strategy to do that effictively i mean how many hours to do that per day for how long?

thank you in advance

Set up accounts every hour on a given CIDR IP, use multithreading, and do everything times 100, meaning 100 accounts per hour. :)
>multithreading

OP isn't asking for programming/automation advice.

Powerful method to run accounts immediately without any warm up, no matter if it's new Gmail or old Gmail.

It'll be more beneficial to register the new GMAIL on the fixed IP by yourself.
