proxy farm setup, how does it work?

I have a few thousand that I can waste into this. How would someone get residential IP addresses in bulk either rotating or static?
I'd need to atleat be 50mbps. and would need them to be extra clean like big brand names not datacenter ones.
Id like to bot farm mmorpgs but if that woudn't work i want to mess around with mass mentions on social media or mass account creating and selling

yeah there were some posts how to set up a 4g proxy farm. Most of them covered a situation with 1 modem. Which is not a real business.
