Twitter keeps locking me out of account

Everytime I follow a certain amount of people on my mobile phone on Twitter, follow around 30 profiles and it locks me out and have to verify my account via my phone to get back into my account..

any ideas?

They detect you as a bot. Don't follow too many people at once.

Is because you are following too many people in just a few hours so the system is just verifying you are not a bot, the same happen in facebook and instagram, where you receive a message you can't comment, post or react because you being sharing to many times, believe me, because that happened to me and Instagram lock your feed so you see the same post and never updates, but you just need to follow 10 profiles every 20 o 30 minutes look more human no like a bot following 30 profiles in 10 minutes, stop using your account for a few days and don't follow too many accounts in a few minutes.

They have limit , once you surpass it they flag you as a bot , go more gently

Scroll, tweet, retweet, like... We will not know exactly how Twitter defines us as "true" users. Furthermore, they update constantly, so you will have to find out how to warm up the account by yourself. Try many ways with some accounts first. Then if there is a way that works, scale it up.
